domain Appraisal request please... dot coms

I'm fairly new to domaining and just plan on using it as a sort of hobby. I currently own about 80 domains and have a few I'd like to get a check on with a valuation other than estibots. All of the ones listed below are dot coms. Thank you for any help., CareyWb

just for clarification so no one thinks I'm breaking the rules, the TastefulTeen is not meant to be an adult site. My view on it was a teen site actually meant for tasteful choices in clothing, entertainment, etc for teens.

All these names are not worth much undeveloped

Sorry for the quick appraisal but mayube try and think of some words that fit naturally together, if you get my drift (Used Cars / Crime Scene / Holiday Destination / Domain Name / Spare Parts etc etc)

Your best bet is to read this forum for hours on end and see what the experienced guys are doing and buying, all the NP'ers are very helpful and I have learnt a lot from them here, they are more than willling to give you sound advice, believe me, you have to read a lot before going out and spending any money

Have a look at Namebio.com and see what type of names are selling and for how much

Have a look at these sites and watch some of the auction to see what people are selling

i personally feel that academyboard and greateyesight is nice and could be monetized. Not sure about the price as i'm still a newbie here lol. Lewdjoke is not bad too

One thing I can't figure out is why estibot gave RetartedCat a $4,000 valuation. I know estibot is just a guide but its not usually crazily far off, but even though I like the name I'm not sure how it substantiates the value. any input? Also, with LegalizedWeed, I actually preferred it over LegalizeWeed, because I thought it could be a site developed into a store for legal accessories, legalized uses, info on legalized countries, etc. Volverte, its a spanish word, can't quite find the meaning, but its used in a couple hit spanish songs. RateResources, I saw as a source for interest rate comparisons, info, etc. Thanks again for you alls input!

GreatEyesight - end user potential for an laser eye surgery clinic, could be great value I would say if negotiated right:
Appraise: low-high $x,xxx (maybe Im waaay of, but I can see a potential )

AcademyBoard - easy to remember, pronounce and spell. Very good targetgroup, students and people with higher aducation often use internet more then "lower" educational people. (no disrespect intended) This would be a great forum or even a blog targetted academian.

ShiftBid - reg fee to low $xx (I had to Google this term. Doesn't seem like something that would be done outside of the workplace using pen and paper or on the employer's own website.)

IraqiOfficials - reg fee unless someone wants to do a biography site, but I doubt it.
MissSouthern - If it's not the name of an actual pageant, reg fee to low $xx
PageCase - ??? I have no idea what this is.
GreatEyesight - The best of the lot. High $xx to mid $xxx, depends on who wants it.
AcademyBoard - reg fee, unless an actual academy board wants a generic off-site domain. Then maybe fifty bucks.
