My first thought was of 'men of the yen' either the wealthiest Japanese or Yen Brokers... something along those lines.
But interestingly many typos are for Yemen.
I guess considering nobody knows what it means it is worth </= reg fee??

At first glance, I thought it was typo of yemen. Could also be used as Yen Men, but needs development for better value. Reg fee to low $xx undeveloped in resale market (if there is no typo traffic).
