I just have a quick peek at the search volumes and cpc for the exact match keyword and a few related keywords....

Hmm doesn't look too impressive if you looking at developing and relying on search traffic... if you going to develop and use drive traffic via social media and paid traffic then you could still do that without needing the exact match keyword domain...

If it was me I would prob sell this one instead of develop.
