Umm, that makes 0 sense. 'Place Particular'? 'Place Painting'? That makes no sense whatsoever. I can go and hand register 'placeJ.com' for $10 and claim the J can stand for jump, jerk, jazz, etc...that doesn't somehow make the domain valuable.

I accept your opinion and thank you, but this domain I think has good statistics, and is a short domain, . It pronounceable may not make much sense to you! But for someone else can do.

I've seen domains that make a lot less sense than my domain and even though it's sold 1k - 2k (And with 1k or 2k of monthly searches) in my opinion everything depends on find the right buyer.
