domain Appraisal of these domains please

Hi all,

Would any of you kind domain veterans give me an appraisal of these domains?

1) vanity.org.uk
2) attorneys.me.uk
3) landregistry.me.uk
4) landregistry.biz
5) onlinechatsoftware.me.uk
6) fanfiction.org.uk
7) fanfiction.biz
8) findasolicitor.info
9) outdoorshoes.org

I'd include Google Keyword Tool "Exact" matches but not sure if that matters a whole lot.

Also, would the domains increase significantly if I put a site (blog) on each, added some content, and got them ranked or shall I not even bother?

My magic eight says reg fee on all of the above. IMO.

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that this is a FREE appraisal. This is a guess at quick flip resale value not an unrealistic end-user price. Often times my appraisals are rushed, too low, or too high. Sometimes my advice is totally wrong and occasionally downright dumb. If the post stamp is after 5:00pm EST, the chances are even greater that inaccuracies will occur due to blood alcohol levels.

I cant say any of these are worth anything. The extensions are horid and the good extensions have reg fee names.

Ho hum. Well, I'll chalk this up to experience then lol

If I put them on Sedo, what do you all suggest I list them for, "reg fee"? That'll sound desperate.

I'm good with SEO/site building so I'm sure I can drive traffic and earn something, even if only a small amount per domain.

Btw, some of these have "keywords" that pertain to the UK and using the Google keyword tool for the UK they range from 9,000 to 165,000 EXACT match.

That alone surely should make them worth more than the reg fee right?

Is it even worth putting a site on each to try and monetize them somewhat? I've sold sites with hyphenated domains, 1 page of content, etc. for $80+ but, I guess this is about the domains and not developed sites, eh?
