It is a good domain. Something like EnjoyPizza, EnjoyVideo, EnjoyFood indeed good domains. But Survival is not a daily needs, and not too popular like Pizza, Video, Food. To survival industry end user, it can valued xxx to low xxxx I think.

Thank you for your reply. I agree that Survival isn't nearly as popular as the other nouns. However, I purchased that domain, and that survival niche is easier to rank for which is what I wanted.
