I see 2 issues here: .biz is a weak TLD and you have 2 hyphens. That kind of name is sometimes used in advertising campaigns like google adwords, where people will click on links but never actually type in the name. But usually .com will be prefered. I would gear for more mainstream terms like HomeFinder or HomeRentals etc.

No particular remarks but usually it's best to avoid hyphens if you want to get some type-in traffic.

Probably too generic/vague IMO (fanclub of what ?)

Is Esmeedenters a Dutch band ? Then the TLD fits and there is potential for a fansite/forum.

I would say that while some domains can be developed, they have limited resale value.

Sorry RCK - I think these are not going to be very productive. If you developed them and got traffic to them, you would have a better chance. Right now they are worth pretty much zilch.
