domain Appraisal Needed NP and REP Given!

I have an established site. Its www.sexoffendersearch.net I also own sexoffendermap.net which I plan on redirecting to the main domain. I tracked about 200 hits per days over the past week just from people typing in the url. I am not a professional web designer but its the basics. I wrote a disclaimer and linked to every states sex offender register. Wordtracker and overature shows the term "sex offender search" gets tons of searches. I emailed an internet filtering company and they said once my page is establsihed they would be willing to pay to put ads on it. I registered it in google, paid a few $$'s to do it I also added it to googles partner sites so it should be there shortly. Im not a designer so what is its value now? It took me forever to hunt down every states registry and link to it. Im just looking to sell the domain and site as is. A semi decent webdesigner could take this far and could make a decent ammount just from the ads a revenue from the sales as well. NP given for professional appraisels for the value of these 2 domains. Thanks!

There is a map full of " Sex offenders " shown in canada......... People fear that! So your traffic will increase a lot if you develop it even more.............. Keep your site alive for sometime then try selling it

Now coming to the domain......... The domain is long but descriptive. .net might increase the value of the domain name..............
It sounds good. Thats my opinion .

But this domain wouldnt be good for an adult site............. Just keep it as it is now........

Maybe some development in the designs.............

right now you are looking at the price of low xxx

though when you develop the name, the value will increase at a lightning speed, plus you have the advantage that this name has alot of potential, so developing won't be hard.

Np and +REP added for all. The legal implications I dont have to worry about as I have written a disclaimer saying if your not of legal age or if your not allowed to view it leave. However I dont really give out a sex offender list, I just link to U.S. Government sites so If someone is not allowed to view it Im sure they already have that covered. More appraisels welcome! I am also selling this for 150, thats more than I have into it. Thats 150 for both domains.

nice, domains you have got here, i personally recommend you to develope, as keywords can be easily remembered and cause of keywords it would have a nice position at google.
imho low xxx undeveloped, bus could go for low xxxx if developed

Rep and np added for you both. I agree it is long. but the exact phrase most searched is "sex offender search" The fact I am getting hits JUST by people typing in the url proves it. Im selling it for only 150 in the for sale forum. I think this is fair for both. The hardest part is to find each states registry and link to it which I have already done for all the states!

good name A(though I agree it is a little long, that is why you need to develop them), you have the potential for more. Add some real estate links and community links for potential home buyers.

the names are nice but the data protection act could come into play if you are looking to sell now the best place wwould be probabley your national crime stoppers programs other wise develop to incraese the value
