I suggest you not to go for robot based valuation. That could be used while you are marketing your domains. While making a purchase I think you should go for actual valuation based on google trends and development potential such others.

IMO, All the domains worth reg fee to its maximum.

i'd say the estimates are overvaluing your names. the numerical dollar value given by any automated appraisal system should be taken very lightly, although the other data it provides should be looked into.
