No, they are different (Based on the domain being appraised at reseller value), for example:

This one was $90 to $299
This one was $195 to $550
This one was $475 to $1,290
Etc., Etc...

If you would like higher reseller appraisals, please post domains with higher interest and demand. You can sort through other appraisal threads like the ones above to get a better idea on higher value opinions.
