Need an appraisal on this little gem. Apple never put on their TM that you couldn't use a zero instead of the o.

Also got Iph0ne.com, and Yah00.com.

Actually, when I was recently resarching the TM laws with the recent uproar around here, there was a case in which a guy used Micros0ft.com, and he of course lost the name when MSFT sued. I think it was a pretty big well known case that helped define trademarks with domains. Pretty stupid move of the guy.

No I don't own them, but I did get cellph0ne.com for the hell of it. 0 exact matches and 33 broad matches. Damn near bought cellph0nes.com. The name would actually be good for an end user in some areas, being that they will never make it to the search engines either way. Most small cell companies are nowhere to be found online, other than yelp, so might as well go with a good looking domain.

Now what I would do as an end user, is buy the name, promote the name all over the site as the web address, and then simply forward cellph0ne.com to another search friendly url.

Hello bmog. I actually started this thread to smooth over the ipod thread and bring a little humor to the whole thing. That thread was getting a little hostile. Was just trying to put a smile on your face my friend and I apologize for the failed attempt. However I did buy cellph0ne.com, so this thread is completely OT. Now, I would ask if it's worth anything, but I'm getting tired of hearing "reg fees". About to name my next pet Regfee at this point.

I will be gone soon enough ( for another 10 years), as I'm about done buying domains for good. Starting to think it's not my calling in life, lol.

Ya, I won't be retiring off this biz anytime soon. I bought buyhome.biz and buy-cellular.com today (i know hyphen kills it), and that's it for me. I'm done for good. All of my dreams were basically shattered with 1ipod.com. Still picking up the pieces from that one.
