I would have paid at least 15k if it was .com but I didn't see much value in .org. I have seen an Australian company which used APK as an abbreviation but I can't remember it more (I heard about this AU company when I was working with finance company a long time ago)

I would list this name at Maximum BIN with an option to "submit your offer".

APK is also known as Android Package. I think one can develop a site for various Android apps and games like MOB.org.
