I bought the domain here at namepros for 200$ last year. with hopes to develop it into a forum, but i found out that i'm not willing to invest enough time sustain a good forum.

I was contacted buy someone who is willing to buy it from me for resale, not for taking over the forum. and he is asking me for my asking price.

I have no use for the money, i would probably reinvest it again into domains or stocks.

what do you guys think its worth, and is it worth keeping?

it all depends on how much you can get for it.

I would not sell it under mid$xxx, and I'd ask for more...
end user, low $xxxx
I mean, who runs a server and doesnt use apache these days?
