This is a very general domain. Obviously, if you visited, there will be a forum put up there for users to interact and talk about ANYTHING you can think of.

Any one have an idea of how much this might be worth in the near future? Or how much you would pay for it?

You can talk about anything on and on forever, which means that people will always have something to talk about at the boards. It will always keep people busy.

Now, second question:

What if I sell the domain with the forum and members and everything when it starts to get big? Then how much? (That's only if it turns out well-developed).

Developed: $75 - $125+/+ (really depends on the amount of development, actual membership, traffic, revenues and potential, etc).

I have a domain that is built, has traffic flowing, and has a forum with about 32 active members (really has 36 members but the 4 of them are inactive). I would just like to know how much you would be willing to pay for a devloped active site like this one. How much would you spend in real money on this? NOT for sale!

In my book, that's barely developed. Still, it makes it worth more than something that's just a name. Perhaps mid to high $XX to someone looking for exactly this kind of thing. Good luck!

:hehe: Yeah, I know 32 active isn't much, but with the site open for 2 weeks and it having over 1200 posts already from a small amount of members... i think thats pretty good
