I think the only version they offer is PHP. I could be wrong though, I took a quick look.

Well yes its part php, but to install this one, you need to get in through root, as its mainly cgi, perl installed. I think thats whats wanted to be worked around!

And isnt wordpress a moveable type blog, its much easyer to install, as its 100% PHP, and is much much cheaper! And from what I can see, its the same blog interface.
