Anyone having problems with DirectI DNS

Is anyone else having problems resolving DNS on any DirectI domains?
i'm getting:

Error reloading bind on sydney: rndc: connection to remote host closed This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect, or the key is invalid.

and can't seem to change namewervers.
