Anyone ever use Name.com?

I recently switched from godaddy to another hosting company so now I'm looking into maybe switching to another company for domain registration to. Is name.com any good? I think I'd like to start using them :D

I've had an account for a long time but not have not held many names there. I am giving them a better try now and just moved over a handful of domains.

Prices absolutely cannot be beat.

I was looking at their site and I didn't see anything about transfering domains from them to another registrar... you can do that, right?

absolutely!

All you need to transfer out is to unlock the domain and use the Auth Code when requesting the transfer from the new registrar.

Name.com is great. The cheapest company out there from a reputable company. Been using them for about 5 months & whenever I need to reg a new name, I use them.

yep they are a decent registrar, take advantage of the cheap prices while they last as i doubt they will be around forever

the free private whois is nice aswell

I was using Namecheap, but they were to expensive so I switched to name.com and love them!
