.tv Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I checked my membership status, and everything is found to be OK, but the private forum (DotTV Nation) is not accessible!

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Same here. Could this be because Equity is not the mod of the .tv section anymore & they have nobody else looking after it so they closed it down?

You can still access the private board through

Domain Name Discussion> Sub-Forums > Dot TV Nation Private Board

However, I can't find any button to create new thread there.

When they close a thread you can view it, but no longer post - my guess is the software handles closing a board the same way

yep, this might be the reason.

Not a nice move, IMO. The private forum helped a lot. Members discussed many issues without the intervention of naysayers.

It was a private section within the .tv forum , kind of like The Freemasons, we had secret handshakes and planned our world domination from there.

Actually those three are for Domain Discussion and the all the forums under them including .tv, .mobi, .us

I agree Ray was one of the best and really created the .TV section from the ground up, but please show due respect to the other mods.

I'm hoping one of the other .TV regulars will step up to the plate viz. moderating this subforum.

Please excuse us and do not take any offense as we are a looser group and enjoyed a more relaxed atmosphere. We have(had?) a sense of humor on this .tv board that many other boards may lack.

Fair enough. Its good you have your own atmosphere, why it makes more sense for a 'local' to take up the reins.

I don't really visit here that often, my .tv holdings are less than 10 names and not going to change in the forseeable future.

I'm extension agnostic tbh, whats in front of the dot matters more to be than whats after. Though I do look at tld matching for niche tlds as far as possible.
