You can get a VERY WELL HOSTED(meaning it's no a fast network) dual xeon with 2 gigs a ram for less than that

Sounds very expensive but then again BP(Bulletproof)/Offshore hosting is always expensive

Asian servers are always costly , I mostly see warez or other junk sites in these servers.
