Any Reliable Free ASP Server with Access and FTP?

I tried google and came up with 24by7data.com, frandt.com

frandt.com is down ( and anyway, their db doesnt work ) while 24by7ddata.com does not have technical support. I can't do read/write database access for (1) there's no db directory or whatever (2) I don't have ftp permissions to change file access rules

Any hope of a totally free asp server supporting Access(read/write), FTP,ASP and domain name?
