Has anyone had any success with any AI tools to identify outreach targets for domain names? There are the industry leaders e.g. Apollo.io, but I don't find it particularly useful for identifying leads for outbounding, especially, amongst other thing, because search results have domains hidden. With the insane influx of new AI lead generation tools, has anyone had much success with any AI tool in particular? Even if not an AI tool, any recommended tool - or does this still require tons of manual effort and elbow grease like it used to?

AI tools for domain lead generation are improving, but manual effort is still key. Apollo.io hides domains, so it's not ideal. You might try tools like ExpiredDomains.net, Hunter.io, or even LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach. AI can help, but good leads still take research and personalization.

If you're trying to find good leads for selling domains,I'll recommend these ones to you: Apollo.io and Clay.com are pretty useful, though Apollo doesn’t always show all the domain info. Clay.com is great for sending out personal messages automatically and finding extra info on potential buyers, which helps get more replies. Hunter.io is good for finding real email addresses linked to websites. Surfer AI can help show why a domain is valuable for SEO. If you want deeper contact details,ZoomInfo is a good option. And DomainTools Iris Detect can help you find domain names connected to certain brands. Still, no matter how good these tools are, taking the time to personally reach out to people is usually the best way to sell premium domains
