Any cheap company registration for .EU application ?

Hi, i read it few weeks ago, but can't find the thread, is there any cheap european companies for a company registration (in order to have priority to obtain a .EU domain) I'm from EU so its not to bypass rules ..

i know some countries have very easy ways to do it, i'm searching for links

Coz open a company for low cost doesnt really make any sense..
