Any available script to check Link Populatity with specific TLDs and ccTLDs?

Hi,

Does anyone know a script to check Total Link Popularity with specific TLDs and ccTLDs?

For example, this script should be able to return the total Link Popularity like:
1000 back links in TOTAL
900 back links from .COM sites
90 back links from .ORG sites
5 back links from .EDU sites
5 back links from .COM.AR sites

Any help appreciated.
