but getting back stolen domain is easy

the easy way is asking to the the registry about this domain, is there ny complaint on this domain

Lack of complaint doesn't mean anything. Also, hot domains ("hot" as in "stolen") tend to change hands fast and get stolen again. You don't want to disclose the money trail?

It doesn't take a Sherlock Holmes to see that your sale intended to get rid of stolen goods.

So...tell us: who, when, how much? I have proof the auction on Pool ended at $3,300.

How do we find out the legal history of domain ? Is there any law that says that all legal activities related to a domain should be made public on famous domainer's forums ?

Grow up and stop blabbering the same shit everytime.

You're either stupid, or you're sitting on a large set of balls. These are hot domains and nobody in their right mind will touch them.

Pfft, maybe if you owned them.

Hopefully as soon as the admins come in here, they'll ban this account of yours as well. You have no right to commit fraudulent actions anywhere, and no one at NamePros wants it at our forum either.
If they suspended your first account, then what makes you think they're going to give you a second chance? They won't.

And for the record, no one is going to "buy" "your" [stolen] domains.

The domain was grabbed by Pool.com and was auctioned and sold for $3300.
Either you stole it from the original owner, or you bought it at a fraction of that price by someone who stole it. Your mistake was putting it up for sale for $1500. Either give proof of purchase - from whom, when, how much - or you are the primary suspect of the theft. You advertised the domain for sale a little over 60 days after it was registered - in September 2004. Rest assured that Pool and Sedo will soon be involved.

i will not proof anything...this isn`t about the domain anymore..but it`s about your respect to other people.
you say i`m a theaf...so proof it that i`m a theaf...not just talking around like this and can`t proof what you say.....

I give up. You are as thick as a brick. Re-read the thread, I've made my points clear. You either stole the domain or you bought it cheap from the thief. Either name who you bought it from, so that he gets what's coming to him, or get ready for liftoff.

Just a note,

I've re-enabled the dreamdiver account and merged it with estrex. Dreamdiver has requested permission to remain on this forum to be able to defend his ownership of the names and will be allowed to post until it can be proved otherwise. In my chat with him he said he purchased the names legitimately over six months ago and that he would be glad to give them back if they are stolen names.

So, please proceed with caution and due diligence if you are interested in these names. There is good reason to believe they could be stolen and a possibility that they aren't. I don't have enough information at this time to say either way.

My suggestion to dreamdiver and anyone interested in finding out and proving this either way is to contact the past registrants of the domains. The WHOIS history is readily available at WHOIS.sc

Ron, I've blown the cover of this person to pieces. He refuses to reveal the alleged seller, pointing to WHOIS.sc etc. That doesn't tell me anything. A thief can maintain the owner's general contact info and temporarily alter the email. What's more important is for dreamdiver/estrex to present proof of purchase.
