i will push the domain to RJ...
so RJ can hold the domain until this problem is clear.
Rj will not act as a escrow...he just hold the domain for a while

I think the only way to settle this is to contact the last person besides "DomainDiver" whom owned the domain and ask them if it was stolen or if they actually sold it (unless that person was a theif, then go on to the next). But gees, I don't see any other probable ways to solve this mystery. :s

That's akin to breaking into a bank, taking the loot and leaving it with a trustworthy grandma for a while. Until the smoke clears.

if this domain was found as a stolen domain..than RJ can give away the domain.
you find your proof...and repot it here.

Why don't we make it more interesting? RJ will hold a competition of musical chairs. At the strike of midnight, everyone will post their name in this thread. At 5 minutes past midnight it all ends. The last one to post loses.

Wait....it's easier for you to post whom you bought the domain from, when and what was the price. Till then, you're a phony in my big book of crooks.

Actually, it may be necessary to contact *all* whois contacts from the time these were won at pool. As IAmAllanShore points out, there were EIGHT significant changes in whois records since 2004-10-10. The domains were registered around June and July last year, so you may have to look that far back to ascertain whether or not these were stolen.

Cool. So let's start the countdown. Post the name & email of the person you bought the domain from, dreamdiver.

Edit:

dreamdiver, DO NOT send me PM again. Especially with your account info. I deleted it immediately.

Update:
Unfortunately, this person managed to sell the domain on Sedo for $1,200
What's worse is that the buyer is a very trustworthy and respected member in the domain community - mostly active on DNF and other forums.

crap, I just check the whois records and can't believe my eyes...the new owner is a very big fish in this industry indeed :(

Congratulations to both buyer and seller! :)

Thread now closed ... as "Today Only!!" is just a tad outdated, IMHO.
