I am interested in your appraisal and advice.

The domain was previously connected to Ana Nova(.)com (site still exists) but then it dropped.

It has significant incoming links and traffic.

3,675 uniques on SEDO last month.

I am SURE I can do better than SEDO parking but still trying to decide what to do with it.

Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated.

Anna Nova as in pxxx star right?.

Well, if this domain is related to this "star", I would have initially said $X,XXX for it based on it being developed. Since this "star" already has her own website, Annanovaxxx (dot) com, I am not sure whether developing it would be best for you.

I would find a nice high paying adult ppc company, park it there, and just reap the benefits of those clicks....

For appraisal purposes...I would say low $XXX to high $XXX...

Yeah shes a pretty big ( and hot ) adult star. I wouldnt develop the site. Sure her website wouldnt aprpecaite it. and can cause you problems on the long run. legal issues I bet.

Thanks all for the feedback. You have nailed the problem.

The site has potential to go in 2 directions.

It was connected with the news portal site as mobiryder suggests so that is one way to go and it has a number of links and traffics from that association...

It also could refer to the porn star, though again most of the traffic currently seems to come from the news side which was once the first online virtual news caster.

Also it has a PR 4 and could probably do even better with a little effort...

So to park or not to park?

As noted most of the traffic is non-adult so would not want an adult only solution...

I have found ParkingPanel.com to be the best adult parking provider, my cpc's there have been much greater than other parking companies.
I hear Bodis is another good company for parking domains, but they are currently not accepting applications.

Your best bet would be to experiment with different parking companies to see which one gives you the best cpc!.
