Anime banners needed

I need 2 anime banners with the size 468x60 and 180x150. The banners must use picture from an anime ( I prefer Naruto Shippuden) and contain texts that I will provide.

I will need the banners in .gif, .jpg and .psd. I have a low budget. Please replay or PM me with your price. I can only pay with paypal or NP.
