Just bought these two for pretty cheap about $60 in total for them saw some value here. Any appraisals?

Stay away from Android names, its a trademark

CPUTests.com is quite nice, but there are hundreds of online CPU test sites so I think you will struggle selling it

Unless you're selling phones to androids, forget about that domain.

CPU tests is a good domain if you're willing to do a directory of CPU testing sites / applications and put together some reviews - or find someone who wants to do the same thing (unlikely, which is why it's something you should do yourself if you're able).
