Yea plural gets just 5k exact monthly searches while singular gets 80k and has more Tlds regged.

One thing that I don't get is that the singular was created in 2002 while the plural in 1995.

Can't always worry about creation dates. maybe it dropped and is showing a 2002 start date.
Whatever the case, the singular is much better in this case, I wouldn't pay a fraction for analysts.com than what I would pay for the singular.

To get full price from an end user they would need a solid business plan that fits the domain. It is not too obvious to me.
