Hi everyone

I'd like to know if there is a service where one can say "I have this domain name" and where we could make deals with developper/monetizers who would work on the website for a share of revenue?

I have no time to develop and I'd like to find some guys to develop and monetize websites on domain names I own, if they find it interesting.

The big issue of this is the "reselling risk" for the developper...because the owner can sell it whenever he wants...

Could some deals be made, where the owner of the domain gives away a part of the ownership?

Thank you.

I am sure it has been mentioned a bit in times gone by what it is a case of trust as you mention, there is nothing to stop anyone simply walking away with the money, especially those who are a little more anonymous with 1 post.

Those people with 1000+ posts and have started to get to know people around the forums have a lot more to lose, I have often wondered if a section couldn't be made for us to maybe do a service swap or something, you write an article for someone or do a load of backlinking and they do something for you and so on and so forth and the wheels go round and round....

If someone wants to do some development on any of my sites I will not say no but that is why people are paid for articles and such, they get paid for their labour. If you want to give them extra based on performance so that it is in their interest to write an article that is going to get to #1 in Google then that is your choice :)
