

I don't think you'd be able to sell it at any price. The keyword is available in .tv, .biz, and .mobi. The z on the end turns it into a derivative brandable and that doesn't work with .info in spite of the geo angle.
With .com you can do just about anything to a keyword and it can still have value but with .info you've got to keep it simple. For .info, it makes sense to go with a more obscure word that a small minority of people might want detailed information on, e.g. Butterflies.info, Grapefruits.info etc than a more valuable, competed for keyword like American at the expense of adding a z or starting with an i,e, or u.
