Amazon scripts?

my site, www.scilitera.com, has already been approved for an Amazon affiliateship but I am looking for a better way to update my site with the latest science books. Right now I post news books manually, book by book, and update the latest reviews again, manually, review by review. It's tedious, and I admit Im not the most skilled web developer. I tried to find info on amazon, but I couldnt find anything.

Is there some kinda script that could help me? Do i have to have someone program it for me?

A custom programmer will do best in this case. He can probably wrap a few more things up than a script.

I can write a script for you and have it update your information daily, or how ever often you need it updated for $50.00 USD / month. This price assumes you are using a database to hold all of the information, if you are not using a database on your site already then there would be an additional fee to convert you over to a dynamic database structure.
