You get the same number of results for just typing WEB without the dashes, so it looks like you aren't getting results for W-E-B, actually.

IMHO, this domain's value is at or near reg fee, wholesale and undeveloped. Good luck!

Seriously though, check with potential End user's here before dumping it off at Wholesale, in my view. That's why I voted, "Maybe".
Also, Apollo is correct with regard to the hyphens in the Google search(ing) here.

google treats hyphens as spaces, so you'd get the same results as... well, what Armstrong said. That being said, I've always felt the all hyphenated words to be reg fee at the very best.
