domain Am I going to get any se traffic from these?

Hello,
I've been digging around for last couple for days for domains and I came up with couple with impressive exact google's monthly search values (246,000, 135,000 and 60,500) . They're all two word adult .net domains that make sense, short, nothing stupid, I'm actually surprised.

I'm fairly new to domaining so I got couple of questions, before I make the purchase.

I've noticed that adult domain names don't really sell that well, at least on domain forums. I see a lot of .com, but not too many .net being sold. Are there any sites, that are designed for adult domain sales or are there any other goods ways to find an end user?

I was thinking, maybe I could develop at least on of the domains into a real site. If there are for example 100,000 exact monthly searches for thous keywords and I get my site indexed by google, if I do a good job on seo, I think I could get my site to be on the first page on google for that term. Does that mean, that I could get a good percentage of hits off thous 100,000 monthly searches?

What is the minimal monthly search volume, that you consider 'normal'?

There was leaked search data from AOL a few years back the suggested the following:

Ranking Number 1 receives 42.1 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 2 receives 11.9 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 3 receives 8.5 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 4 receives 6.1 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 5 receives 4.9 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 6 receives 4.1 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 7 receives 3.4 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 8 receives 3.0 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 9 receives 2.8 percent of click throughs.
Ranking Number 10 receives 3.0 percent of click throughs.

I've found it to be reasonably accurate, but of course there are no guarantees. Search volume doesn't mean clicks as well, this is based off of more than 9 million searches, but of that there were shy of 5 million clicks.

So, if there are 100,000 exact searches , there will probably be about 55,000 clicks, so if you rank #9 in Google you'd probably get about 1,500 visitors a month.

If you can get a brand new site with a 200,000 monthly search keyword/keyword phrase on page 1 of google just like that, then you should forget about whatever pennies per click you make from a site and just start or grow your SEO business...
