Is it possible to sell out my portfolio below for more than $100,000(or even much more) in next 3 years?

I wonder if I could gain such amount to start my own enterprise after I graduate from university.
(FYI: I just sold santaclaus.info for $12,000 last month)

Am I dreaming???

Those are some nice names. However, no matter how positive we are you have to remember that 3 years may not be long enough. You are really concentrating your investments in the .info and .name TLDs. This is where and why I will preach patience. Dot INFO hasn't really started to blossom, yet. Dot Name are really just vanity names, for now, and I don't expect that to change in the near future (within 3 years). But the saving grace is that you have a .TV which could easily fetch 100,000.00 USD without any problem... HighDefinition.TV

I don't see a problem with you accomplishing your goal, but I would still caution to practice patience.

Personally I think you are nailed on to get to your $xxx,xxx in three years with the names you have on show- unless there is a dramatic downturn in the market. (I was lucky enough to do it in one year with Indian names +!)

Also agree with the comment to use some of the "profit" for personal use and reinvest the balance.

Since all the large portfolio buyers will demand traffic and revenue stats, you better be parking them and getting good rev.

Otherwise, you will have to wait and sell one at a time at a premium to end user or investor who will develop or hold for price appreciation.

I think that you should easily make the $100,000 target. HighDefinition.TV should be able to get you a huge amount of money on its own, especially since (I think) all TVs in the UK at least must be upgraded to HDTV before 2010.

I'd say it could be a strong portfolio in 3-5 years if nothing comes along to drastically change the industry. Finding the right end users will be the key.
