Web hosting is not about how many servers you have. It is about the quality of the service you provide to the customer. A web hosting company could have 1,000,000 servers but have no one hosted on them for example. The amount of servers a company has is no indication to the quailty of the company.

Unlikely as they have only been around for 1 year, not a few.

Also we have yet to see any proof that there is actually 50 servers in their possession.
