Domain allike.store was purchased by an enduser ALLIKE , which uses allikestore.com

Seems kind of misleading. This wasn't bought by some startup who wants to develop on a new extension...this was bought by a company that already owns and uses the matching .com. They probably bought it just to have and as a protective registration, not to change their actual main domain and website branding.
