Seems to have premium around 70 usd attached to it - imo it will make not profitable investment

reason - you might maybe flip it for 300-500, but it can take next 5 years, so renewals might eat up all the potential profit.

in this TLDs there are plenty of alternatives - best, good, my, the, cheap, online, get, earn, etc...+ coupons
and also GEO (cities, countries, etc) + coupons ..
