That's a nice name, I really like. Probably from recently watching the first six seasons of the X-Files, but hey
As for development ideas, you could maybe create a small 'alien conspiracy' forum/community or something. If you don't like that idea, maybe you could create a blog instead, updating it with images of alien X-rays, crop circles, etc.
You could probably get some decent traffic if you made it into a nice site like that.
