Alexa Thumbnail

How do you update those? I have a website which is 1 year old and it doesn't have a thumbnail yet. On the other hand a few weeks old websites have Alexa thumbnails.

click on the 'edit site' button near the top (right of the thumbnail). then click 'update thumbnail image'.
