alcohol shopping brandability? I don't see it becomming a brand ever. It is simply 2 keywords stuck together, 2 bad keywords only recieving 110 exact searches a month globally.

You need to stop regging so many domains optimal and do more research into domaining and what makes a succesful domain. I realise a lot of it is objective but you seem to have lost objectivity completely.

Sounds like a plan that has been done xxxxxxxx times and your keywords don't wokr that well for this idea, alcohol comparison or alcohol pricing would have been sooo much better...
