What is your apprasals value?
I saw .net registered since 1999 so i think there is at a value above reg free right? :imho:

If the .net is registered since 1999 and it is a live site then you will get type ins for more then reg fee in one or two months :D

This is good from what you are telling.

The domain is also aa developable name. So the appraisals would be around Mid $XX right now.
