Airtel.com redirects to Vodafone.es

I bet the guy owning Airtel.com is trying to create confusion between Airtel and Vodafone. But I am not sure if there will be any.
Heard that the owner of Airtel.com wanted huge amount of money from Airtel for the domain. Guess he is trying to pain Airtel because of he couldn't get the deal done.

But isn't it an evidence of misusing the domain name? Since Airtel and Vodafone are rivals and Airtel.com is being redirected to Vodafone.es.

Airtel does not exist as a company anymore since several years ago, so it is not a rival for Vodafone. Airtel and Vodafone are the same company, though the trademark "Airtel" is not used anymore.
