http://www.bb-pellet-guns.com
Fully developed site about airsoft, BB, and pellet guns (all sales, no forum). It's over 2 years old and earns about $275/month (average for 2006 so far). It has a Google PR 3 (if anyone still cares about such things).
Traffic (2006): http://www.bb-pellet-guns.com/images/monthly_2006.JPG
Traffic comes from search engine rankings, links from some articles I wrote and distributed, reciprocal links, etc. I have no paid traffic (never have). Traffic fluctuates with the seasons, with the Spring being the best and Winter the worst.
The domain name is paid through 4/28/2008.
The sources of income and screenshots of the earnings are below:
Yahoo Publisher Network ($548.27 from Feb. 1 - July 10): http://www.bb-pellet-guns.com/images/YPN_2006.JPG
*NOTE: Google AdSense will not allow posting ads on this site because it sells BB guns. I know, that's nuts, but after going round and round with them, their final decision is that they don't like guns that fire anything other than paintballs or airsoft pellets. However, Yahoo has no problem with this material and has given a green light, so that's why I use them instead.
Amazon.com ($547.99 from Jan. 1 - July 10): http://www.bb-pellet-guns.com/images/Amazon_2006.JPG
Commission Junction ($604.73 from Jan. 1 - July 10, and includes revenue from two advertisers): http://www.bb-pellet-guns.com/images/CJ_2006.JPG
That's a total of $1700.99 so far in 2006, which is roughly $275/month (about $9.00/day).
I will continue hosting the site for 3 months at no charge (if you want) and I will also make all necessary coding changes to migrate the affiliate income from all sources to the buyer at no charge. I'll start tracking all income from the moment payment is made, even before we've moved the files. In other words, I'll make this as close to a no-hassle purchase as possible. Buy it today, start earning income from it immediately.
I have not set a BIN price, but will entertain all serious offers that are based on several months' worth of income. This is not a new site, so there is no reason to suspect sudden changes in the income. It's been steady for many months.
I hope that covers it all, but if not, I'll watch for questions.
Thanks!
John
