Aipositive.io - knowing that the io ext is mainly for tech..this seems like a nice brandable/catchy name.

aiboutface- another brandable for an ai facial recognition company...

It's really too complicated for an .io name. Ask yourself how big the chances are that someone has exactly your thought. Because basically you rely on this possibility. You may use the time of having it registered to sell it, but afterwards personally I would drop it. Renewals are rather high for a holding gamble. You will get along way better with com for brandables. Just my two cents tho, Cheers and best of luck!
