So far this month there have been around 70 uniques, parked at Sedo.

I'm thinking that it would work nicely for an AIMforum.com-type site.

Registered since 2003, and it expires March 11 (no, it won't drop).

Would $30 be a fair asking price for this? I don't want to waste my time asking too much for it, but I don't want to let it go too cheaply either.

i think 30$ would be a fair price for the person who is really interested in buying the domain ...

i would appraise the resale value of this domain low xx though

it is a nice domain ... can be a myspace type of site

If you started the forum out and got 100+ members, I think it could make XXX but, $30 is reasonable for nothing on it.

I don't really know why people would go on internet to see their buddies, but you can always develop. low xx now, much more when developed

low-mid $xx undeveloped -- A short, memorable .com that has brandability and calls to mind buddylists and AIM buddies. Definitely worth $30, more if developed.
