I hope you're all doing well!

I recently acquired a few domains and would love to hear your honest feedback regarding their potential, resale value, and possible end-user appeal. I'm particularly focused on brandable names in the AI, Web3, and fintech space.

Here are the domains:

  • aifxia.com โ€“ AI / futuristic brandable
  • aihupay.com โ€“ AI + fintech/payment gateway vibe
  • xrflux.com โ€“ XR / Web3 / immersive tech
  • biogenomehub.com โ€“ Biotech / health / genomics niche
  • askperplex.com โ€“ AI assistant / Q&A platform
  • digitalldomain.com โ€“ General digital branding name

Any insights about which names might stand out to startups, or suggestions on pricing strategy, would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your time and input!

I don't see any value in any of these. I think before going too deep in creating made up hand reg domains it would be good to see what is selling and realizing that if these were available there is a good reason for it. Assuming these were all hand regs but correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you best of luck!

Thank you for your feedback, and I truly appreciate your thoughts.

You're absolutely right, understanding what is currently selling is a crucial step before diving deeper into hand-registered domains. Itโ€™s important to ensure that the domains we offer are aligned with market demand. Iโ€™ll certainly take a closer look at the trends and make adjustments accordingly.

I can confirm that these were indeed hand-registered domains, and I understand your point about their availability. Rest assured, I will be more selective and focus on providing more valuable, high-demand domains moving forward. Your input is invaluable, and Iโ€™ll be working on refining our selection.

Thank you again for your honesty, and I wish you the best of luck in your ventures. Please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or suggestions.

Best regards,

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I completely understand your point of view, and I appreciate your insights. Iโ€™d like to take this opportunity to explain why Iโ€™ve chosen to focus on hand-registered domains, as they can indeed provide significant value under the right strategy.

1. Future-Proof Domains:

One of the key reasons I choose to hand-register domains is that it allows me to anticipate emerging trends and align with cutting-edge industries. For example, domains with AI, Blockchain, and NFT keywords are becoming more valuable as these technologies evolve. Hand-registering allows me to secure a presence in these markets before they become saturated.

2. SEO-Driven Keyword Selection:

The foundation of selecting hand-registered domains lies in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles. By targeting high-search-volume keywords and incorporating terms that people are actively searching for, I can ensure that the domains will not only be relevant today but will also see an increase in demand over time. Tools like Google Keyword Planner and Ahrefs guide me in identifying keywords with high ranking potential.

3. Focus on Brandable and Memorable Names:

Another significant factor is selecting brandable and memorable names. Domains that are easy to spell, pronounce, and relate to specific niches can provide immense value, especially when they target untapped markets. This strategy aligns with creating a strong digital identity, which has been a crucial part of the domain market over the years.

4. Lower Investment Risk:

Hand-registering domains offers a lower-cost alternative compared to purchasing established domains from marketplaces. With proper research and understanding of current trends, I can maximize the return on investment, especially as the market for digital assets continues to grow.

Evidence of Success:

  • Numerous successful domain investors and businesses have used similar strategies to secure valuable domains, often before the market realizes their full potential.
  • Well-known platforms like Sedo and Afternic showcase hand-registered domains that have been sold for substantial profits, demonstrating the long-term value these domains can hold.

I truly believe that hand-registering domains allows for a strategic approach to both short-term and long-term growth, and Iโ€™m committed to continuously refining my selection process.

Thank you again for your insights. I look forward to learning more and improving my strategy in this dynamic field.

Being a new investor and not understanding why certain domains hold intrinsic value vs why others are worthless is a recipe buying a bunch of worthless domains. Spend time learning for a long time before pulling the trigger on more names IMO. Best of luck to you friend!
My advice is lay off using AI to write your responses and second would be to learn what makes a domain name hold value over being worthless before spending any additional funds. Good luck!

You've got some promising brandables, especially in hot sectors. Here's my quick take:

  • aifxia.com โ€“ Feels futuristic and abstract; could appeal to AI startups looking for a short, edgy brand.
  • aihupay.com โ€“ Has a clear fintech/payments tone; the โ€œpayโ€ suffix is a plus.
  • xrflux.com โ€“ Strong Web3/immersive tech vibe. Sounds dynamic.
  • biogenomehub.com โ€“ Very niche-specific and clear; could attract interest from biotech platforms.
  • askperplex.com โ€“ Interesting Q&A/AI assistant branding, though "perplex" might be polarizing.
  • digitalldomain.com โ€“ Spelling may confuse (double "l"); less standout than the others.

For pricing: Focus on end-user potential. I'd test $1.5Kโ€“5K range for the top three (aifxia, xrflux, aihupay), and lower for the rest unless traffic/interest justifies otherwise.

I would never register any of those, they just aren't good. With that said, I hope you sell them for a good price.

aifxia sounds too much like asphyxia, not trying to be funny.

xrflux.com I think could work, although I registered similar names that dropped, I later dropped and they were not picked up.

Sometimes I think XR is a going nowhere term. I have one still for reasons unknown.

Wish you the best.
