3D will be around for a lot longer along with AI all still in infancy.
I always thought that the 3d names should have sold for more than they did. What is happening is AI is becoming the everyday normal it is your operating systems supplying the AI and before you know it all sites will have it. I don't like to put 100k on it as it has to sell today. I wouldn't want to grossly under appraise it either. I think the bot is right on the money. Your final price not asking price. Ask 100K take 30-50K or wait and see what demand awaits AI keyword holding out for your 100k. Turn over sales and keep going.

He never asked for an appraisal on his domain, so i don’t think its fair bringing someone else's assets into the debate, when they never asked valuation and not involved in this thread.
