I disagree with the 1st sentence as I don't see any value in it.

But I do agree with the 2nd sentence, what are your plans for this name?

I don't really see much development opportunities in "There.com" in Portuguese.

To be honest the domain probably have some value because is a two letter. But you do have a problem that is in Portugal and i thing in Brasil, nobody uses accent in domains.
