.in Afternic says dot IN disallowed TLD

Per Afternic in recent weeks the Registry has informed them to not list dot IN domains for sale on their marketplace. Will Sedo and others follow next? What is going on here?

With little liquidity in an already low demand ccTLD extension will this spell the end of growth in for dot INs?
